Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Scott oversees operations, planning, and execution to ensure every workshop and retreat runs smoothly. He supports systems, logistics, and the practical details that help participants feel safe and supported.
Joyce Hemphill-Rowe
Secretary
Joyce supports communication, documentation, and organizational coordination. She helps keep E1S1 aligned, organized, and responsive to participants, partners, and stakeholders.
Theopolis Batson
Board Member
Theopolis provides oversight and guidance to strengthen E1S1’s mission and impact. He supports accountability, wise decision-making, and community alignment with E1S1’s values.
